WINS Educare, legally operated and owned by Shiv Shakti Kumar, is Jehanabad's premier coaching institute dedicated to building strong academic foundations for students aiming for IIT JEE, NEET, UPSC, and NDA/CDS examinations.
Our mission is to prevent regional educational migration by offering top-tier, Kota-level coaching facilities within Jehanabad. Starting our foundation courses from Class 5th, we focus on intellectual and numerical skills to instill the "Habit of Wins" in every student.

At WINS Educare ("we", "our", "us"), we value your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website or register for exams like WINSAT.
During registration, we collect your Name, Date of Birth, Parents' Names, Educational details, Mobile Number, Email, and Address. We also collect photographs for Admit Card generation.
We do not store your credit/debit card details or UPI PINs on our servers. All online transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners (e.g., Paytm, Razorpay) which are PCI-DSS compliant.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data may only be shared with law enforcement if required by law.
By using the WINS Educare website and registering for our services, you agree to comply with the following terms:
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration. For WINSAT 2026, the age limit is strictly between 6 and 15 years as of April 1, 2026. Any false information will lead to immediate disqualification without refund.
Students must report to the exam center (GRPS Campus) at least 1 hour prior to the exam. Use of unfair means, electronic gadgets, or misbehavior will result in immediate expulsion from the exam hall.
WINS Educare reserves the right to alter the exam date, syllabus, venue, or scholarship reward structure at any time due to unavoidable administrative reasons. Any changes will be communicated via the registered email/mobile.
All study material, exam papers, and website content are the intellectual property of WINS Educare. Unauthorized distribution or copying is strictly prohibited.
Please read our cancellation and refund rules carefully before making any payments.
The registration fee of ₹200 for the WINSAT examination is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Once the payment is successful and the application is generated, no cancellation requests will be entertained.
If a student fails to appear for the exam on May 24th, 2026, at the designated reporting time (08:00 AM), the registration will be marked as absent. No refunds or alternative exam dates will be provided.
In the event of a technical error resulting in a double deduction from your bank account for a single registration, the extra amount will be refunded automatically by the payment gateway within 5-7 working days. If you do not receive it, please contact us at winseducare@gmail.com with your Transaction ID.
For regular tuition and admission fees (post-WINSAT selection), cancellation and refund policies will be governed by the specific terms provided at the time of official campus admission.
